Bulfinch Taps Colliers to Manage Leasing at Methuen MOB

An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. said Thursday that Colliers has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 5 Branch St. a medical office building in Methuen, MA. A Colliers leasing team of Stephen Woelfel and John Real will lead efforts in partnership with Michael Wilcox, managing director of leasing at Bulfinch.

5 Branch Street is a 94,325-square-foot MOB anchored by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, which implemented a $30-million renovation, with a range of 2,600 to 33,000 square feet of medical office space currently available for lease. As a regional outpatient hub, the building offers cancer and blood disorder treatments to patients throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.

“We look forward to continuing our longstanding relationship with Colliers,” said Wilcox. “Together, we will seek tenants who can provide additional high quality healthcare options for the property and the community.”
