Bulfinch Signs FogPharma to 115K-SF Life Science Lease

Private real estate investment, development and management firm The Bulfinch Cos. signed a 114,490-square-foot lease with FogPharma at Cambridge Discovery Park in Cambridge’s Alewife neighborhood. The biotech company will occupy six floors in building 400.

Cambridge Discovery Park buildings 400 and 500 were topped off in April, and are set to be delivered in early 2020. The property features views of Boston, two distinct lobbies and ground floor amenities that include a café, fitness center, floor to ceiling windows and energy efficient systems.

FogPharma is a current tenant at a 22,442-square-foot space in building 100 at Cambridge Discovery Park and plans to move into building 400 starting in January. Evan Gallagher of Colliers represented FogPharma. Peter Bekarian of JLL represented Bulfinch in the transaction.
