Bulfinch Selects Boston Realty Advisors for Harvard Square Leasing Assignment

An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies has appointed Boston Realty Advisors as the retail leasing agent for 95 Mount Auburn St. in Cambridge, MA. Located in Harvard Square and overlooking Winthrop Square, 95 Mount Auburn is a three-story, 13,308-square-foot office/retail building offering highly visible real estate opportunities.

Boston Realty Advisors was selected for its integrated real estate services and local retail market experience led by Whitney Gallivan, managing director and partner, along with managing director Joe Wagner, senior associate Gus Hoffman and associate Luke Sweeney. The retail team will work in partnership with Michael Wilcox, managing director, leasing at Bulfinch.

“This class A property in Harvard Square is a prime location for businesses to take advantage of Harvard’s 20,000+ students and faculty, in addition to the thousands of tourists, alumni, and prospective students annually,” said Wilcox.

The property currently offers leasing availability in configurations ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet.
