Boston, MA-based The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., has hired Ronald Berry as the firm’s AVP, senior financial analyst. He will serve as co-chair of Bulfinch Engage, the company’s new community giving program.

Bulfinch Engage is a vehicle to encourage and empower the Bulfinch team to participate in all areas of civic engagement. Key components include philanthropic fundraising and grant-making, expansion of strategic relationships with nonprofits and select service work projects.

According to the company, the appointment of Berry supports Bulfinch’s recent team growth of strategic hires in line with the firm’s “Drive to 2025” strategic plan focused on disciplined portfolio expansion, team growth, diversity, equity and inclusion and sustainability.

Berry joins Bulfinch with more than 15 years of planned giving, development and donor relations experience, most recently as VP, co-head of relationship management at State Street Global Advisors Charitable Asset Management.
