The Bulfinch Cos. has hired Hannah Jacobs and Kate O’Connor in Boston. The duo will work as Investment Analysts alongside Managing Director of Investments, Conor Brennan and AVP of Investments, Josh Cohen.

Jacobs, a recent graduate of Boston College’s Wallace E. Carroll School of Management, received a B.S. in Management, concentrating in Finance and Operations Management. O’Connor comes to Bulfinch having served previously as a Business Analyst at PennyMac Loan Services where she executed reporting processes and distributed updated production summaries. Since the start of 2021, Bulfinch has added several new team members to the firm’s Leadership, Investments, Property Management, and financial teams.
