Bulfinch Cos. Appoints Conor Brennan Managing Director of Investments

Boston-based real estate investment, development and property management firm Bulfinch Cos. has appointed Conor Brennan to the role of managing director of investments.

In addition, the firm has also announced a number of other promotions including Matt DeNoble as senior vice president and director of asset management; Kate Shoss as senior vice president and director of marketing and Mark Strangio as senior vice president and corporate controller. Bulfinch’s recent promotions follow several strategic hires for the company at the executive level, including Joelle Denham, as senior vice president and CFO and Joe Monroy as senior vice president and CTO.
