Building Begins on Thompson 10 Logistics Center

Investment & Development Ventures LLC and Sealy & Co. are joining forces to develop Thompson 10 Logistics Center, a 390,222-square-foot speculative development in Baytown, TX. The project will go north on 26.8 acres at interstate 10 and Thompson Road.

CBRE’s Tom Lynch and Mark Relingshafer represented land buyer IDV, and secured Sealy & Co., which is the project’s equity partner. Billy Gold, Faron Wiley and David Huddleston, also with CBRE, are handing leasing for the development.

Thompson 10 Logistics Center will consist of two buildings, a 130,074-square-foot front-load building and a 260,148-square-foot cross-dock building. It will also offer truck queuing lanes and ample trailer storage space. The development is scheduled for a spring 2019 completion.
