Buena Park Land Sells in CBRE-Brokered Deal

A plot of land in Buena Park totaling just more than 1.6 acres has traded hands. Originally purchased by the OCTA to widen the 5 freeway, the land is now planned for use by the Buena Park Nissan Dealership.

Industrious Properties bought the property for just over $2.1 million in a transaction led by CBRE’s Peter Andrich and his team.

Andrich said that there is very little vacant land available in the area, and across the street, there are two multifamily projects awaiting approval. The transaction took only 90 days to close due to the tight supply.
