Buckeye Lands Another Million+ SF Business Park
The Rooks Technology Park will sit on 112 acres in Buckeye, a town that has experienced explosive growth of industrial developments as an outlying suburb of Phoenix just off I-10.
BET Investments has started its first phase of what will be one of the largest industrial developments in Buckeye’s history, 2.2 million square feet.
The newest development, helmed by Crimson Canyon, will be made up of 1.6 million square feet of buildings under roof to be built out in three phases. The company plans to break ground on the first phase of the project at the end of Q1 2024 and expects the project to be developed over three years
The Phoenix Business Journal says the project will be developed on a speculative basis, and says the developer has their eye on the nearby KOREPlex battery manufacturing plant, which might create leasing deals with associated vendors or customers of KORE.
