Buchanan Street Partners Buys 22 Acre Houston Industrial Park
The four building park, known as Park Place 8, encompasses 250,894 square feet. The flex/light project is currently 62.5% leased. It’s located at 5353-5373 W. Sam Houston Parkway.
Matt Haugen, from Buchanan liked the area, “Park Place 8 is located in one of the most desired submarkets in Houston which is benefitting from continued population growth.” The buyers also say they are going to make some improvements on the units and enhance the visibility of the park.
Park Place 8 is Buchanan Street’s third acquisition in Houston in the past three years. All in, the parks total 720,000 square feet of space.
