Buchanan Street Acquires Four Office Buildings in Las Vegas Market
Newport Beach, CA-based Buchanan Street Partners acquired Tech Park V and VI, a four-building office asset totaling more than 158,000 square feet in Henderson, NV. Located at 2300, 2310, 2340 and 2350 Corporate Circle Dr., the properties are part of a larger master-planned office park southeast of Las Vegas.
The 64%-leased buildings were acquired in an off-market deal for an undisclosed amount from American Nevada Company, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Buchanan Street Partners’ Matt Haugen says, “With two large blocks of vacancy that can accommodate tenants ranging in size from 10,000-40,000 square feet, an above standard parking ratio of seven spaces per 1,000 square feet and available building signage along I-215, we believe that these buildings will generate great interest from large national and regional companies.”
The new owner plans to infuse new capital into the buildings’ common areas and restrooms, and provide funds for leasing costs.
