Buc-ee’s Eyes KOA Texarkana Land

Buc-ee’s, a Texas-headquartered chain of travel stops, entered into an option to purchase agreement with owners of the KOA Texarkana/Northgate Properties. If Buc-ee’s exercises its option by December 2019, then “residents have six months to relocate on the date the option is exercised,” KOA Texarkana/Northgate manager Jerry Bergman told the Texarkana Gazette.

The property in question is at 500 St. Michael Dr., just north of Interstate 30. Bergman said tenants on the property have been notified about the agreement. In addition to serving as an RV park, the site also contains manufactured housing and mobile homes.
