Bttn Signs New Lease in Lower Queen Anne

Medical supply company Bttn is growing, signing a new lease at 424 2nd Ave. W in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Colliers facilitated the agreement for the 28,500-square-foot space, a significant expansion from Bttn’s original location on Canal Street in the Fremont District.

“This additional space will be the catalyst for our continued expansion in this dynamic market,” said JT Garwood, CEO and Founder of Bttn. “Our business is about people, and offering our people a true Class A option for the days they do work in the office is a key part of our corporate culture.”

Bttn’s focus is to increase optionality and ease of access to quality medical supplies, while also modernizing the ordering process.

Colliers’ Connor McClain said, “Bttn wanted ultimate flexibility within their lease and a space that would help attract and retain top talent. The sky is the limit for these founders and company.”
