Bryant Park Office Tower Adds Four New Leases 

Madison International Realty and Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation have announced four leasing transactions totaling 47,160 square feet at 10 East 40th Street, now called Tower 40 in Bryant Park.  

A multinational tire manufacturer has leased 7,480 square feet on the 41st floor, while architectural firm Hart Howerton renewed and expanded to 27,111 square feet across the 37th to 39th floors. Investment firm Alpha Square Group has leased 8,769 square feet on the 35th floor, and luxury fashion house Missoni has leased 3,800 square feet in the penthouse on the 48th floor.  

Tower 40 is undergoing renovations and offering high-end pre-built spaces. Madison International Realty and Joseph P. Day were represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transactions.
