Bryan Cave Adds New Tax Partner 

David Holmberg has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) in New York as a partner in the global Tax Practice. His expertise lies in private equity real estate, direct lending, and distressed strategies, particularly concerning complex commercial real estate transactions.  

Holmberg specializes in advising on tax aspects within joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, debt workouts, and restructurings, and has substantial experience with public and private REITs and cross-border engagements. He previously worked at Akin Gump before joining BCLP.
