Brushy Creek Continues Attracting Tenants

Two tenants combining for a total of more than 110,000 square feet inked agreements with landlord IGX for space at Brushy Creek Corporate Center in Cedar Park, TX. As previously announced, Hyliion, which is relocating to the Austin area, signed for 83,470 square feet. Evets Global Co. took down 26,908 square feet.

Melissa Totten with Cushman & Wakefield represented Hyliion, while Omar Nasser and Blake Patterson with Peloton Real Estate Partners negotiated on behalf of Evets. Aquila Commercial’s Leigh Ellis, Mike Murphy and Kaylee Aune advised the landlord, as did Trevor Lovelady of IGX.

The 231,030-square-foot Brushy Creek Corporate Center consists of two speculative flex industrial buildings on 16 acres at 1200 BMC Dr.
