BRP Launches Leasing at Mixed-Income Jamaica Development

BRP Companies recently launched leasing at Ruby Square (formerly known as 90Ninety), a 614-unit, mixed-income residential development located at 166-20 90th Ave. in Jamaica, Queens. Corcoran New Development will be leading Ruby Square’s leasing efforts on behalf of building ownership.

“The evolution of Downtown Jamaica and its vibrant culture has been rapid in recent years, and we are thrilled to be delivering an additional housing offering to the flourishing community,” said Meredith Marshall, co-founder & managing partner of BRP Companies. “Showcasing a long-term commitment to the region, we are proud to be launching leasing at Ruby Square as we look to continue to play a key role in contributing to Jamaica’s future success.”

Ruby Square features 614 mixed-income residences, with a mix of studios (seven units), one-bedroom (454) and two-bedroom (153) units. 185 of the building’s units will be set aside for residents earning 80% and 130% of the area median income (AMI). Additionally, the property includes more than 50,0000 square feet of amenity spaces.
