BRP Companies Unveils 494K-SF Resi Community in Farmingville

BRP Companies has unveiled phase I of The Arboretum at Farmingville, a 494,000-square-foot residential community at 510 Horseblock Road in Farmingville, New York. The development features 292 units, including two-bedroom flats, lofts, townhomes, and single-family houses, with 30 units designated for workforce housing. Monthly rents start at $3,515 for two-bedroom apartments and range up to $5,350 for three-bedroom single-family homes.

The project received support from the Brookhaven IDA and features amenities such as a fitness center, resort pool, clubhouse, and outdoor spaces, including nature paths and picnic areas. Greystar is managing the property’s residential leasing efforts.

“The Arboretum is a pivotal response to three essential needs in Farmingville,” said Michael Wentz, president Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce, Inc. “It addresses the high demand for housing in one of New York’s top school districts, promotes local sustainability with adequate on-site infrastructure, and establishes a community center that will serve as the Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce headquarters, hosting a range of community events year-round.”
