Brown Harris Stevens Signs Office Lease with Clarion Partners

Clarion Partners, LLC and Kaufman Organization said that Brown Harris Stevens, a luxury residential real estate firm specializing in full-service residential management, has signed a 20,062-square-foot lease at 100-104 Fifth Ave. The firm will occupy the entire second floor, which was recently renovated. 

“100-104 Fifth Ave. is the ideal office location because it provides tenants with a modern workspace with infrastructure renovations, including the latest access control system, that meet the needs of innovative, forward-thinking companies,” said Margaret Egan, Clarion Partners’ SVP of asset management. “For Brown Harris Stevens, this property stands out as it puts the company’s NYC market directly at their fingertips with easy access to neighborhoods across the city.”
