Brown Advisory Is Latest Tenant at Indeed Tower
Investment management firm Brown Advisory is taking space at Indeed Tower, formerly Block 71, a vertical mixed-use project in downtown Austin. The tenant inked a lease for 33,505 square feet with landlord/developer Trammell Crow Co., and will move into space on the 19th floor in late summer 2021, upon the project’s completion.
Troy Holme, Casey Ford and Katie Ekstrom with CBRE represented the landlord, while Ford Alexander, Ryan Kasten and Holliday Hinckley with Cushman & Wakefield represented Brown Advisory. According to TCC’s Adam Nims, the tenant currently operates at another Trammell Crow building at 500 W. 2nd. “Brown Advisory’s incredible success in Austin required them to seek out a new space that could accommodate their growing business,” he said.
Indeed Tower, at 200 W. 6th St., will offer 709,000 square feet of office space and 10,600 square feet of ground level retail/restaurant space. The office space is 65% leased, to date.
