Four Peaks Multifamily Partners has picked up a 297-unit apartment building in Broomfield for $85 million. The Harvest Station Apartments, at 11775 Wadsworth Blvd., was sold by Hamilton Zanze. The Denver Business Journal reports the company purchased the property for $67.2 million in 2016.

The apartments, built in 2014, feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with floor plans that go up to 1,500 square feet. Some of the units include attached garages and private patios.

Amenities include a clubhouse, a business center, a fitness center, a pet park, swimming pool and spa.

Walker & Dunlop’s brokers David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young worked on the Harvest Station Apartments deal.
