A five-building office portfolio in Carlsbad was recently purchased by Brookwood Financial Partners for just under $49 million. The assets, which total 220,386 square feet, were sold by Prudential Insurance Co. of America.
The buildings take up 12.6 acres, were mostly built in the 1980s, and are located at 701, 703 and 705 Palomar Airport Rd., as well as 1921 and 1925 Palomar Oaks Way.
Brookwood has been busy in Carlsbad. It bought the Carlsbad Executive Plaza office complex for $23.9 million earlier this year, and before that it purchased seven assets in Carlsbad and San Marcos for $113 million.
