Brooklyn Residential Building Olympia Dumbo Over 50% Sold 

Fortis Property Group has announced that Olympia Dumbo, a luxury residential building in Brooklyn, is now over 50% sold.  

Olympia Dumbo, known for its sail-like shape, has broken multiple sales records, including the highest-priced sale in Dumbo’s history, a penthouse sold for $17.5 million. The building features 76 residences with one to five-plus bedrooms.  

With over 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, remaining residences at Olympia Dumbo range from $1.785 million for a one-bedroom unit to a $19.5 million penthouse.
