Brooklyn Pro Joins Ariel

Sean Kelly joined Ariel Property Advisors in its New York office as a Senior Director in the Investment Sales Division, with a particular focus on Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, and Williamsburg.

“Sean has an exceptional reputation in the industry, and brings a vast amount of knowledge about real estate in Brooklyn,” said Shimon Shkury, president and founder of Ariel Property Advisors.

Kelly comes to Ariel Property Advisors from CPEX Real Estate. Since entering the New York City market, Kelly has successfully brokered more than 100 transactions, consisting of more than 4.5 million square feet, with an aggregate value of more than $600 million. His accomplishments earned him recognition as a CoStar “Power Broker,” and both the Home Reporter and Brooklyn Spector named him a “Rising Star.”
