Brooklyn New Lidl Store Secures $62M Construction Loan

Invictus Real Estate Partners has closed a $62.25 million construction loan for a mixed-use development project in Brooklyn’s Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

The seven-story building, located at 1730 Bedford Avenue, will feature residential, commercial, and retail spaces, including a new Lidl grocery store spanning 33,000 square feet. The development is being undertaken by Seventh Street Development Group. The project will also include 57 residential apartments and approximately 30,000 square feet of additional retail and commercial space.

“Amidst the current market conditions, Invictus remains dedicated to delivering comprehensive financing solutions tailored to diverse situations and property types within the real estate sector,” said Christopher Pardo, co-founder and managing partner of Invictus. The mortgage was arranged by Eastern Union’s Abraham Bergman and Yossi Orzel.
