Brooklyn Home Company’s Park Slope Condo Project Surpasses 50% Sold 

The Brooklyn Home Company has announced that over half of the residences at 350 Butler Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn are now under contract.  

350 Butler Street offers 34 one- to four-bedroom condominium residences, including penthouses and duplexes. The building features amenities, including a fitness center, a children’s playroom, and a roof deck.  

“We refer to 350 Butler Street as horizontal townhouse-style living,” said Bill Caleo, co-founder of The Brooklyn Home Company. Lindsay Barton Barrett of Douglas Elliman Real Estate handles the sales for the building.
