Brooklyn Fare Expands Manhattan Footprint with UWS Lease

Grocery store Brooklyn Fare has moved uptown with a 25-year lease for 21,660 square feet at the Brodsky Organization’s 75 West End Ave. between West 62nd and West 63rd streets in Northern Manhattan’s Lincoln Square neighborhood.

This marks the grocer’s fourth New York City location, with existing stores located in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards and West Village neighborhoods as well as the original Downtown Brooklyn store.

“Lincoln Square has been rapidly evolving into a true neighborhood over the past five years, and Brooklyn Fare is extremely well-positioned to prosper,” said Brad Schwarz, executive managing director & principal at Lee & Associates NYC. Schwartz and his Lee NYC colleagues JP Sutro and Morris Dweck represented Brooklyn Fare and the Brodsky Organization.

Brooklyn Fare signed the lease for ground-floor space that formerly housed Western Beef. The new space will be completely refurbished and is expected to open in Summer 2021.
