Brookline-Rhino Partnership Will Redevelop Promenade Bolingbrook

Chicago-based Brookline Real Estate is partnering with Rhino Investments Group, a Las Vegas-based real estate firm, to lead the transformation of The Promenade Bolingbrook, a 778,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center in Chicago’s growing southwest suburb of Bolingbrook, IL. Brookline was hired to oversee leasing and lead a vision for the property, focusing on curating a refreshed mix of retail, service, restaurants, and experiential offerings.

The collaboration joins Rhino’s investment expertise and Brookline’s track record in leasing and redevelopment. While with another firm, members of the Brookline team led the planning and execution of Block 59 in Naperville, IL, now under construction to transform a dated center into a dining and entertainment destination.

Rhino recently acquired an interest in The Promenade Bolingbrook. Located at Boughton Road and I-355, the center caters to a high-income, family-oriented trade area of more than 200,000 residents within five miles.
