Brookline Apartments Sold for $5M 

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Beals Street Apartments, a nine-unit apartment property located at 10 Beals St. in Brookline, Massachusetts. The 12,280-square-foot property was sold for $5.25 million.  

The asset, owned since the early 1970s, includes a mix of condo-style two-bedroom units and studio apartments, offering access to Coolidge Corner.

Matthew Pierce of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, an individual/personal trust, and procured the buyer, an LLC, in the transaction.
