Brookhaven Apartment Community Trades for $99M

Los Angeles-based Pacific Coast Capital Partners has acquired The Goodwynn at Town Brookhaven, a 372-unit apartment community in Atlanta’s Brookhaven neighborhood for $99.2 million.

Located at 705 Town Blvd., the community is part of the 500,000-square-foot Town Brookhaven mixed-use development. Town Brookhaven includes nearly 1,000 apartment units, as well as retailers Costco and Marshalls, movie theater CineBistro and LA Fitness.

Pacific Coast entered into a joint venture with Atlanta real estate firm Carroll Organization on the transaction. The seller was an affiliate of Dallas-based Invesco, which paid $75.5 million for the community in 2012.
