Brookfield Retains JLL to Lease Arlington Medical Center

JLL has been appointed by Brookfield Properties to lease the Arlington Medical Center at 1005 N. Glebe Road in Arlington’s Ballston neighborhood.

The medical office building, totaling 173,814 square feet, currently has 53,309 square feet available for lease. The building features on-site amenities, a café, designated patient pickup/drop-off, ample parking, and close proximity to Ballston’s diverse offerings. Brookfield is upgrading the building, including lobby renovations, a tenant lounge addition, and three medical spec suites. The lobby and lounge renovations are expected to be completed by December 2023, while the medical spec suites will be delivered in 2024. Notable current tenants include INOVA and Virginia Heart.

JLL’s team, including Conn Curry, Andrew Thau, Lee Ann Brinkman, and Yorke Allen, will handle the leasing and marketing of Arlington Medical Center.
