Brookfield Properties Inks New 37K-SF Lease at 501 Commerce in Nashville

Brookfield Properties has executed a new 37,429-square-foot office lease at 501 Commerce in Nashville, TN with law firm Polsinelli. The firm will be relocating from Truist Plaza in Nashville to accommodate its growth needs.

Stewart Lyman of Cushman & Wakefield and Rob Lowe of Stream Realty Partners both represented the landlord. Harrison Johnson, Kevin McLennan, Ian Murphy and Brad Serot of CBRE represented Polsinelli.

501 Commerce spans approximately 367,000 square feet and offers unobstructed 360-degree views of the city, an 11th floor amenity deck and direct access to Assembly Food Hall plus additional retail and dining opportunities at the project.

The property is the office component of Nashville’s Fifth + Broadway mixed-used development project, a downtown destination with office space and numerous retail and dining options. The development also includes a residential tower with over 380 units, approximately 200,000 square feet of retail and dining and the National Museum of African America Music on-site.
