Brookfield, Park Tower Launch Leasing at Newest Greenpoint Landing Residential Project

Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group have launched leasing at Eagle + West, a 745-unit luxury apartment complex within the master planned Greenpoint Landing development on the East River waterfront in Brooklyn. The two-tower property is the fourth residential project Brookfield Properties and Park Tower have developed together within Greenpoint Landing.

“Greenpoint Landing has become one of the most sought-after places to live in the city, so we’re excited to start leasing at Eagle + West and offer renters yet another inspiring, modern, and luxurious option to choose from within the neighborhood,” said Maria Masi, SVP, Brookfield Properties Development.

With 42,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, Eagle + West follows Brookfield and Park Tower’s openings of One Blue Slip site in 2018, Two Blue Slip in 2020 and The Bellslip this past May. The Greenpoint Landing development will total 5,500 apartments when completed.
