Brookfield Gets Green Light for Tustin Legacy Master Plan

Brookfield Residential has received approval from the City Council of Tustin, CA for development of a new 400-unit residential master-planned community at Tustin Legacy. As proposed, the new development will deliver three unique home types: stacked flats, row townhomes and single-family detached homes.

The project is located on 25-acres bounded by Barranca Parkway, Tustin Ranch Road, Armstrong Avenue and Legacy Road, with easy access to the new FLIGHT creative office campus to the west and The District shopping center to the east.

“This new neighborhood builds on the momentum being generated at Tustin Legacy as the City takes the lead in transforming the former military base into a dynamic residential, commercial, and office destination in the heart of Orange County,” said City of Tustin Mayor Dr. Allan Bernstein.

The development will be phased, with grading to begin in Spring 2020. Models are anticipated to open in 2022.
