Brookfield Executive Distribution Center Acquired by Hawaiian Company

James Campbell Co. LLC acquired the Brookfield Executive Distribution Center in South Dallas. The Hawaiian buyer shook hands with seller Brookfield Properties for the 345,600-square-foot office and warehouse building at 5220 S. Westmoreland Rd.

The building, situated on 17.2 acres, delivered in 2009, and is 100% leased to Leslie’s Pool, a company that distributes pool supplies to retail centers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Brookfield Properties, the seller, owned the building since 2017.

James Campbell is no stranger to the region, having acquired the new Platinum Park office building in Plano’s Legacy business park earlier this year.
