Brooke Birtcher Gustafson Assumes Presidency of Family Firm

Birtcher Development, a five-generation, Newport Beach-based industrial real estate development firm, said Monday that Brooke Birtcher Gustafson will take on the new role as president. She began working for the family company in 2007 and since 2017, has served as managing director.

Birtcher Gustafson will be the fifth generation of Birtcher to lead the company and its first female president. Her father Brandon has served as CEO since 2002.

“It is an honor to serve as president and continue to work alongside my father as we carry forward the family’s tradition of building long-lasting relationships with our financial partners, tenants, and the broker community,” said Birtcher Gustafson. “I appreciate how rare it is for a company to endure success over multiple decades and generations, and I attribute it to a unique blend of values and principles that include faith-based leadership, adaptability and a genuine commitment to investing in people.”
