Bronx MF Portfolio Sold for $15M 

Ariel Property Advisors facilitated the $14.7 million sale of a six-building, 203-unit multifamily portfolio in Morris Heights, Bronx. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.  

The portfolio includes five walk-up buildings and one elevator building, totaling 188,721 gross square feet. The residential units consist of 19 studios, 93 one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom, and 38 three-bedroom apartments. The buildings also benefit from J-51 tax incentives set to expire in 2034-2035.  

The properties include 1812 Harrison Avenue, 2094 Creston Avenue, 2078 Morris Avenue, 2195 Walton Avenue, 2201 Walton Avenue, and 1 East Tremont Avenue. An Ariel team led by Victor Sozio, in addition to Daniel Mahfar, Shimon Shkury, Jason Gold, and Jake Brody, arranged the sale on behalf of the long-term owner.
