Bronx Health Center Breaks Ground
Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN) has broken ground for a health and wellness center at 3763 White Plains Road in the Bronx, set to transform into a healthcare hub. BCHN plans to build a two-story, 11,000-square-foot facility, aiming to provide medical, behavioral, and oral health services to over 6,700 patients in the first year and expand to nearly 11,000 in the third year.
With partnerships with Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, DIGroupArchitecture, and New York Engineers, BCHN is planning to craft a patient-centered environment, bolstering community health and wellness. The planned completion in six months underscores BCHN’s commitment to delivering inclusive, high-quality healthcare to the Bronx community.
“Our new health and wellness center is a much-needed resource for Bronx residents that will extend access to a wide array of affordable, evidence-based medical, behavioral health, and oral health care services,” said Dr. James Paine, Chief Executive Officer at Bronx Community Health Network.
