Bronx, Harlem Nine-Building Affordable Housing Portfolio Sells for $39M
Ariel Property Advisors has facilitated the sale of a portfolio consisting of nine affordable housing buildings for $39 million. Buyers and sellers are not disclosed.
The portfolio includes two buildings in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx and the remaining seven in Harlem. The properties span over 287,000 square feet and comprise 309 residential apartments and four commercial units.
A team from Ariel Property Advisors, including Victor Sozio, Shimon Shkury, and Michael A. Tortorici, represented the seller.
