Bromley Companies Completes 122 Fifth Avenue Redevelopment

Bromley Companies has completed the redevelopment of 122 Fifth Avenue, an 11-story mixed-use project in Union Square. The project involved a $100 million investment to transform the landmarked tower into a loft office space with upgraded amenities and infrastructure.

The building features a new rooftop pavilion, flexible workspaces, floor plates ranging from 27,000 to 33,000 square feet, and wellness-oriented amenities. The building targets LEED and Fitwel certifications.

“The Union Square district is flourishing and with the completion of our modern, fully amenitized office space, the neighborhood will only continue to grow as a highly desirable location for office workers, businesses and patrons,” said Nicholas Haines, CEO of Bromley Companies.
