The STRIVE Real Estate Group team of Jason Vitorino, Jennifer Pierson, Adam Gottschalk, James Anderson, Kyle Rozel, and Will Merritt is the dominant retail investment team in the southwest. STRIVE launched in 2017, headed up by Vitorino and Pierson, and continues gaining momentum each year. In 2019, the team successfully completed $342.4 million in transaction, totaling one million square feet.

During his career, Vitorino has closed 800-plus transactions, valued at over $3 billion in sales. Pierson has been named a Top 20 Producer in Dallas/Fort Worth while with CBRE, as well as being named a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle. She founded Pierson Retail Advisors, which eventually merged with The Vitorino Group.
