Brokers Leave Stream Realty, Form Ironbridge Realty Partners

Several retail brokers from Stream Realty Partners’ Houston office have split off to form Ironbridge Realty Partners. Mark Sondock, Court Richardson, Andrew Bagnall, Ali Webre and Ralph Tullier set up shop at 3302 Canal St. to focus on project leasing, tenant representation, property management and retail development. Sondock and Tullier were formerly managing directors of Stream’s retail division.

“We wanted to do our own thing and control our own destiny. We had about four million square feet of project leasing over at Stream, and all that came with us,” Tullier told the Houston Business Journal.

Houston’s retail market continues holding steady, thanks to consistent population growth. That increase has helped keep the metro’s grocery anchored developments, especially, at healthy lease levels.
