Top Broker Honoree: McCall & Almy’s Neil Schneider

Neil Schneider is an EVP and partner at McCall & Almy, having joined the firm in 2000. He has more than 35 years of broad commercial real estate experience, and a rich history of advising companies like TripAdvisor, Kyruus, Klaviyo, Nuance Communications and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

Among Schneider’s signature transactions in 2019 was a headquarters deal he completed, with colleague Michael Goodwin, for Boston-based technology company Klaviyo. The tenant occupied 25,000 square feet at 225 Franklin St., and planned to expand to 70,000 square feet at the property. When an existing 225 Franklin tenant exercised its right of first offer and left Klaviyo with nowhere to expand, Schneider and Goodwin found an opportunity for Klaviyo to increase to 160,000 square feet elsewhere.
