With more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, Colliers EVP Adam Schindler specializes in business development and portfolio management, including financial planning, modeling and analysis for corporations, law firms and nonprofit organizations. Schindler capped off a successful 2019 with more than $190 million in deals across 60 transactions.

Schindler’s practice focuses on aligning the needs of occupiers of space with strategic real estate solutions. By knowing the market and having insight other brokers may not have, he stays connected and is able to expand his real estate knowledge not only in the DMV area, but nationally/internationally, as businesses he has worked with grow and look to him for assistance in their real estate needs.

Some of Schindler’s most notable transactions include his healthcare platform, where he has done multiple deals for Advantia Health, Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC, Capital Digestive Care LLC, American Dental Partners, George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates Inc., Montgomery Surgery Center, Olney Pediatrics, and USP, etc. He has also seen a rise in boutique fitness and childcare, where he has completed multiple retail transactions for both SoldierFit, and Primrose Schools in the DMV area.
