Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Marc Renard

An Executive Vice Chairman, Marc Renard has consistently been recognized as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top producing brokers, including earning the Top Global Capital Markets Broker designation on numerous occasions. Since joining the firm, the industry veteran has led the sale efforts of more than 500 properties with an aggregate value in excess of $36 billion.

In 2019, Renard and his team completed more than 25 capital markets transactions with total deal value exceeding $1.5 billion, brokering some of the West Coast’s most prominent multifamily, office, mixed-use, land, and retail investment sales of the year. These included the $186-million sale of the Blackwelder creative campus in Culver City, CA and the $110-million deal for Artist Walk, a 185-unit apartment community in Fremont, CA.
