Top Broker Honorees: Quantum Real Estate Advisors

Chad Firsel leads Quantum Real Estate Advisors, a boutique retail investment sales brokerage team that also includes Daniel Waszak, Zackary Hilgendorf, Jason Caplan and Jason Lenhoff. Nationally recognized, the Chicago-based Quantum team places great emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with its diverse portfolio of clients, bringing deep knowledge of capital markets, geographical markets, industry trends and property fundamentals to the negotiating table. The team closed 66 sales in 2019 totaling $230 million.

In one of Quantum’s most notable 2019 deals, a $70-million portfolio of three single-tenant Walmart Supercenters and one Home Depot Home Improvement store traded to a buyer specializing in this asset class. “Big box retail is still favored among investors, especially investment-grade credit tenants who continue to evolve their e-commerce business,” said Hilgendorf.
