Top Broker Honoree: JLL’s Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Michael Brewster

The JLL team of Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Michael Brewster capped off 2019 with more than $364 million in deals across 2.3 million square feet.

Notable transactions for the team in 2019 included the $56.4-million sale of Orlando’s Millenia Plaza, the team’s third time selling the power center. The sale was a top-10 retail trade in the U.S. during 2019.

Additional transactions the team brokered included the $36.7-million sale of the Palm Coast Landing retail center in Flagler County, and the $7.3-million sale of Wawa in Fort Lauderdale that was the largest Wawa trade in 2019.
