A seasoned veteran of real estate transactions, Robert Parsley enjoyed an outstanding 2019, completing $403 million in office sales transactions, spanning 9.1 million square feet.

Parsley, who brings 36 years of experience to all phases of real estate brokerage activity, served as President and CEO of Colliers’ Houston office before assuming the position of Co-Chairman in 2005. He has been one of the top two producers in the Houston office for the past 15 years. He has also been a Colliers Everest Award recipient since the award’s inception. The accolade honors the top 10% of Colliers International producers in North America.

Throughout his career, Parsley has represented a broad range of corporate clients, both public and private, in office and industrial sales and office tenant rep lease transactions in Houston and throughout the USA.
