Top Broker Honorees: Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt, NKF
Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt are responsible for NKF’s Colorado conventional multifamily investments sales business. In 2019, the duo closed $1.6 billion in sales, totaling 6,955 units.
Highlights for the year included the closing of Contiguous Multifamily portfolio in Cherry Creek for $177 million, as well as the sale of Savoy at Dayton Station, which brought in $170.5 million. The Contiguous portfolio consisted of three value-add assets, totaling 1,023 units, across 45 acres, all owed by the original developer. The sale represented the largest number of units in a single trade, and the largest multifamily transaction, by dollar volume, in metro Denver.
Meanwhile, Savoy at Dayton Station was one of the largest multifamily properties to sell in 2019 in the Denver market. The property attracted 20 offers, and ultimately achieved the second-highest sales price for marketed transactions in metro Denver.
