Top Broker Honorees: NKF’s Jesse Ottele

Jesse Ottele joined Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) in 2016, and has continued to rise as one of the Seattle office market’s leading sales and leasing professionals. The past year, he continued to solidify that elite standing among brokers with an exceptional performance record.

Among the highlights of Ottele’s accomplishments in 2019 include fully pre-leasing Skanska’s 2+U, a 38-story, 685,000-square-foot new office tower in Downtown Seattle; leasing-up Alexandria Real Estate’s four story, 210,000-square-foot new construction life science building in Lake Union; as well as fully preleasing another 100,000-square-foot new construction life science building in Lake Union for Alexandria. Additionally, he represented and advised multiple institutional landlords on major renewals and new leases in various high-profile towers across the Puget Sound region.

Ottele joined NKF’s Chairman Circle Top 100 Producer ranks in 2019, was recognized as 2019’s SIOR/NAIOP Office Broker of The Year for the Puget Sound Region, and earned a 2019 Costar Power Broker status.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. He has worked on marketing communications assignments for such CRE companies as Blackstone/Equity Office, Carlyle, Caruso, Disney Resorts, GE Capital, Irvine Company, Hines, Howard Hughes Corp., Jeffries, Lennar, MGM, Marcus & Millichap, Prologis, Raleigh Studios, Simon, Starwood, Trammell Crow Company, Transamerica, UBS and Wynn Resorts. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
